The Association for Development of Social Capital has officially launched the implementation of Work Package 4 (WP4) – Mapping the Fountains within the international SOURCE Project.

Our mission is to identify, document, and preserve the rich heritage of public water sources across the Ruse region, highlighting places where water is much more than a natural resource—it is an essential part of local history, culture, and everyday life.
